  • Specialist cleaning skills to remove stains, spills and smells.

  • Windscreen and glass cleaning techniques.

  • Basic car maintenance including oil and water, screen wash top-up, and checking the tyre pressure.

  • Customer service with a smile.

  • Office skills and processes.

  • Transferrable soft skills such as flexibility, resilience, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.
